Got the best deal on the new 4-Runner out any dealership in Massachusetts. I went to multiple dealerships around the south shore and this is the only dealership that was willing to work with me on the 4-runner. I was told by multiple other dealerships they wouldn’t even budge a dollar on the price. Thanks to Steven, my salesman, and all the staff at Expressway Toyota. I will be buying my next Toyota from them.

It's where I bought my car. Close to home. Friendly staff and convenient location. Usually quick turnaround on having work done except the inspection machine was down yesterday which is what I needed
I first enquirer about the vehicle online. Dealer replied promptly with a very competitive price. When I visited the dealership in person everyone was very professional and very straightforward regarding pricing. Test drive was solo, which I appreciated in view of the COVID 19 conditions.
I had to schedule extended service for oil change and tire rotation. The fellow who helped me was excellent. Everything went perfectly. I get extended service for the next 2 1/2 years, so I am very happy.

The services good, 10k maintenance finish so fast, the price is cheaper than the other dealer, everything good. You pay less and get more comfortable.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a nice waiting area, with a cafe and TVs and wireless access. They offer a free shuttle service so you can leave the car rather than wait there if you prefer. Or they have a rental option for like $25/day if you are outside their shuttle radius.

Overall service was excellent. I was disappointed that my remote starter was not installed because the subcontractor did not bring the correct equipment required for the type of remote starter I requested. Lost work day for me.
Service is overpriced and it would be helpful for a thorough bill review. The wait for service is very long. A simple oil change has taken me 2 hours or more. Even after making an appointment. Overall the staff is very helpful and professional. I have not had any issues with the service they do.
