Every time I am at Expressway Toyota I don’t feel like I am at a dealership. Everyone feels like extended family. I really enjoy spending time with Tachoma (a beautiful dog) who often greets you when you walk in. I’ve never had a bad experience with Expressway Toyota, and you won’t either!
Excellent customer service—kudos to Elaine who explained the problems found with my 2010 Corolla (bought used at Expressway 8.5 years ago). I thought I might have to bring the car back for parts, but these were found, and the job was completed. My only complaint is with the time spent diagnosing the issues: about three hours. Elaine thanked me for being patient. I do have confidence that the repairs were properly done, as always. In addition to everyone being friendly and professional at Expressway (including canines Gabriel, Mighty, and Tacoma!), the facility is clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Excellent customer service. Staff works hard to get customers in and out as quick as possible. They also provided a Lyft ride home and back to the dealership so I could wait at home instead of at the dealership while my car was worked on.

I have had my Camry serviced here since I bought it 10 years ago. While the work has been generally good, Expressway often misses obvious issues. Case in point, I took my car in to have the Tire Pressure Monitoring System fixed today and - while the issue was fixed- my car had wildly under inflated tires when done. What irony!

This is my second time purchasing an SUV from Expressway Toyota. Salesman Steven was friendly and helpful for completing the sales. The finance manager was also friendly and explaining the additional service sales. But he wasn't able to offer me a different financing option except Toyota Motor Credit Corp with higher interest rate at 4.25%. I obtained a car loan at DCU for $1.24, saving almost $4,000. But I have to pay off the Toyota loan and get a re-financing loan from DCU. This is unnecessary steps that I have to take after the sales which could be avoided if the manager ...
