Just bought my lease- process went smoothly and service was friendly. Took a bit longer than I had hoped (in total about 2 hours) as I was told over the phone it would take about an hour, which was the only reason I didn’t leave a perfect review.
They are very friendly and helpful. The dealership knows how to treat it's customers right.

I did not have an appointment, but my schedule was tight as I was leaving town. I brought my car in for regular maintenance unscheduled, and I was greeting well by every member of the service community. They made me feel welcome, took me right away, called Lyft to give me a ride home, and had my car serviced within two hours. I was appreciative of the care of the entire group of service providers, and the service was explained to me quickly and thoroughly.

Ever since I bought my 2011 Toyota Camry I have been briging it to Expressway for service. I like that the job gets done correctly and gauranteed if there's an after problem. I like the place so much when my son got a certificate for auto mechanic I suggested he apply there to further his enterest in cars. He works there todate! I also like being a loyal customer where I can get loyalty discounts and use them when I need them.

It was my first time going for maintenance and I was a little lost as to what to expect since this is my very first time owning my car. The technician noticed it was my first time and took his time to explain the process, outlining everything they were going to do and walking me through it step by step. They gave me a 90 min estimate for service which was approximate. The service was very professional and I appreciated the time he took to explain stuff to me.
