Facilities Manager- Building & Maintenance
Job Type: Full-time. Flexible hours.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: $30 -$40 per hour. Expressway Toyota is seeking someone who is competent in all phases of building and property maintenance including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. This is a hands-on position that will require repairs of automotive equipment as well as completing maintenance including snow removal and plowing. You will be supported by a maintenance assistant as well as senior management. Qualified Candidates: Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of related experience, strong mechanical aptitude, good judgement, problem solving and decision making skills.

Automotive Assistant Service Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: $100,000 + per year. Extremely busy service department, where management is committed to helping each Assistant Service Manager reach their maximum earning potential. Four-Day work week, State of the Art Facility. We have a service BDC to handle all service appointment phone calls.

Express Service Technicians
Job Type: Full-Time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Participates actively with team servicing of every customer vehicle to ensure fast, expert service. Dedicates work time to providing excellent customer service. Promotes teamwork to deliver times and accurate customer care during all operating hours. Demonstrates a sense of responsive urgency to every customer no matter what service is required. Uses the customer repair order to understand customer service adviser’s and customer service manager’s instructions. Fulfills a customer’s needs the first time, every time. Communicates with Dispatch Manager, Customer Service Adviser, and other Technicians to meet Expressway Toyota’s time standards and to exceed customer requirements. Adheres strictly to Expressway Toyota’s Dress Code standards. Protects customer’s vehicle with floor mats, seat/steering wheel covers and, if necessary, fender covers. Racks vehicle safety following Expressway Toyota’s training. Performs Multi Point Inspection (MPI) visual inspections and communicates with customer service manager and/or customer service adviser within 10 minutes. Maintains Express shop cleanliness and equipment calibration to Expressway Toyota’s standards. Thanks customer, expressing appreciation for the business. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Expressway Toyota Parts Department is looking for a self-motivated, hardworking, detail-oriented person to be our Parts driver. Your duties will include making deliveries to local repair shops as well as picking up parts at other dealers or at the Toyota warehouse. Additional tasks will include restocking inventory daily, as well as keeping the parts department and its inventory neat and tidy.
Job Requirements: A qualified applicant will have a clean driving record, a valid drivers license and must be able to pass a background check, as well as a drug test. The typical work week is Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM.
Automotive Lot Coordinator
Job Type: Full-Time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Expressway Toyota is a fast-growing dealership located in Dorchester on only two acres of land selling 350+ vehicles per month. We need someone who can assist in the process of stocking in, moving and properly displaying new and used inventory on a compressed site. Good pay, benefits and the opportunity for advancement.

- Perform multi-point inspection and diagnose malfunction(s).
- Estimate time and parts needed for repair/maintenance
- Efficiently repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air-conditioning, etc., in accordance with dealership standards.
- Install equipment, components, and systems
- Learn new technical information and techniques in training sessions
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Keep shop neat and account for dealership owned tools
- Other duties may be assigned according to skill and certifications
Qualifications – Service Technician:
- MA state inspection certification is a plus!
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- ASE Certification a plus
- Toyota experience is a PLUS!
