October 18, Dorchester, MA - Expressway Toyota, a leading Toyota dealer in Dorchester, is pleased to announce the new 2011 Toyota FJ Cruiser Trail Teams Special Edition Package.
The packages adds a host of amenities inside and out to enhance the FJ Cruiser's equipment roster. It begins with a special Army Green exterior color, complemented by a black grille and bumpers and a tinted rear window. The theme continues with green fabric trimmed seats on the interior, which has been enhanced by amenities like a 10-speaker JBL audio system with XM radio, a multi-information display, multiple power outlets, keyless entry, cruise control, and a backup camera. An Off-Road Package is also part of the deal, consisting of Bilstein shocks, a locking rear differential, active traction control, skid plates, and special wheels and tires to make off-roading more capable and sure-footed.
All 2011 Toyota FJ Cruisers are powered by a DOHC 4.0-liter V6 engine making a robust 260 horsepower and 271 lb-ft of torque, with a locking rear differential newly standard with the optional six-speed manual transmission. Rear- and 4-wheel-drive models are available, the latter featuring up to 9.6 inches of ground clearance. The FJ Cruiser features room for five passengers while providing a generous complement of convenience and safety features, including front, side, and side-curtain airbags.
