I've been a Expressway Toyota Service customer for several years now. There are other Toyota service locations closer to my house but I continue to go to this one. I do this because of a few reasons. First, I actually trust the service team. When, I bought a prepaid maintenance plan from Toyota, there was a glitch with the way the plan was written. I could not find another Toyota dealership that would honor the plan, but after getting hold of Bruce Carr, Service Manager at Expressway, he personally made sure that my service plan was honored at their dealership. That's what made me return to them. After my maintenance plan was fulfilled, I continued going back to get my car serviced. I particularly like working with Amy Lawton who always has a great attitude and does not try to upsell unnecessary services (something I find more common at other dealerships). She also does a great job explaining things (e.g. Invoice) to me in a clear way when I have questions. While, I don't have the actual data on hand, it feels like my invoices are generally lower at Expressway than at other Toyota dealerships. Finally, waiting for your car while it's serviced is never fun. But, I actually find their Camery Cafe to have exceptionally good food. Especially their breakfast burritos... to the point where I skip breakfast at home when I go in for service. I know that sounds odd, but I bet I'm not the only one.

I was looking for a Toyota 4Runner but I ended up getting a Toyota RAV4 XLE because I qualified for it. Wesner jean was very helpful and a great guy, I am so excited for my RAV4. See Wesner at expressway Toyota for an awesome experience!
